Area shelters are in need of many items.

  We hear about all sorts of needs this time of year, including for animals. Dazzle is a two-year-old Terrier/American Pit Bull mix who has been shopping for a family since 2010. After spending time with a foster family, she currently calls the Worcester Animal Rescue League (WARL) home. Half of her life has been spent on her own behind shelter walls. It is time for her to find a companion to call her own. Her time at the shelter has provided her with confidence but she tends to be shy when faced with new people and places. Nervous around young children, Aspen hopes to spend her life inside a home with adults only. Once invited in she becomes quite the snuggler. Thomasina is Looking for Love

Adopt this domestic, short-haired, mixed cat today.

Thomasina is a four-year-old, short-haired mix who is looking for her forever home. She has been staying with the Worcester Animal Rescue League since the beginning of May and she deserves the chance to find a family to call her own. She was found as a stray by a concerned family who informed the staff that she got along well with their small dog and other cats so Thomasina will fit in with other passive animals. She may come off as independent, but she can also be quite the lap cat and she loves to be petted.
