Police will be seeking a summons to charge Noah Springer, 31, of 130 Keith Hill Rd., Grafton, with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failing to drive in the right lane and a passing violation. I didn't say anything about the kids driving home THIS TIME. I know that the parents were called and that they had to pick up their under-age kids that had been drinking. My point was what about next time? What lesson did any of these kids learn by this? If the parents talk to their kids and put a stop to this behavior, then this becomes a great story.
