Man Guilty of Mistreating Police Dog or Horse
The following cases were heard in Westborough District Court.
Wednesday, Oct. 17 Sarceno Donis, 30, of 601 Main St., Clinton, was summonsed to court on a complaint by Northborough police on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop and yield. Judge Robert Calgione found Donis responsible on a decriminalized charge of driving after license suspension and not responsible on the failure to stop or yield charge and ordered him to pay $700 in fees. Amilcar Barshona, 25, of 106 Maple Ave., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Shrewsbury police on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, refusal to identity self and using a false name.
