In Court: Larceny, Credit Card Forgery, Trespassing

Grafton-related cases were heard in Westborough District Court this week.

Monday, June 18 Bruce Davis, 36, 7 Old Saw Mill Rd., North Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court on a June 5 complaint by Shrewsbury police. He was charged with larceny over $250 and six counts of forging or uttering a forged credit card for an incident that occurred on March 16. Judge Vito Virzi scheduled a pretrial hearing for Aug. 12. Richard C. Direnzo, Jr., 46, 5 Giusto St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a June 5 complaint by Grafton police. He was charged with three counts of larceny over $250, three counts of trespassing and three counts of receiving stolen property for an incident that occurred on May 9. Virzi scheduled a pretrial hearing for Aug. 1. Information collected by MaryJo Kurtz.

Grafton Cases Go Before the Judge

Stefanie Haigis, 21, of 158 Wheelock Ave., Millbury, was summonsed into court by Grafton Police Sept. 19 and charged with vandalizing property. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Oct. 28. Travis H. Bennett, 21, of 40 Potter Hill Road, Grafton, was summonsed into court by Grafton Police Oct. 2 and charged with assault and battery. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Nov. 14. James Fitton, 25, of 106 Worcester St., North Grafton, was arrested July 3 by Grafton police and charged with assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct …
