Hospice Volunteers Needed

Holy Trinity Hospice and the Ichabod Washburn Hospice Residence are always looking for new volunteers! If you are interested in dedicating a portion of your time to truly making a difference in someone’s life then we have plenty of opportunities.

Patient Visits - Many of our patients are in need of companionship, whether it’s a friendly face, or a listening ear even an hour each week can make a huge difference in the lives of our patients.

Residence Concierge - Our Hospice Residence is looking for volunteers to come in each day to help with the day to day workings of the residence. This includes answering the door and phone, greeting families, light cleaning such as dishes, sweeping, some dusting, assisting the cook when needed, as well as assorted other tasks. Shifts typically last 2-3 hours.

We are looking for cooks for each meal of the day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you have a day available each week and would like to come in to cook please get in touch with us. Small groups welcome!
