The 3rd Annual Silver Lake Regatta is from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, according to the Grafton Recreation Department's summer brochure.
Participants can bring their non-rideable crafts from noon to 1 p.m., and their rideable crafts from 1 to 2 p.m.
