Community Update

Dishonest and unprofessional general contractor. Installed cracked and stained granite countertop. After 3 independent contractors confirmed the crack and subsequent large yellow glue stain were the result of defective granite, Steve refused to fix the problem, replace, or refund any money for the flawed product. He was confrontational, threatening, and difficult, sticking to his story that the stain and crack was natural. We have been left with no choice but to pursue litigation, as he has refused all communication attempts on our end.
