Grafton Natives Collect Honors

Alexander Harrington, of Grafton, was named to the Dean's List at Fairfield University for the Fall 2012 semester. To be selected for the Dean's List, a student must attain a grade point average of at least 3.5, of a possible 4.0.

Charles Davis and Katie O'Hara, both of Grafton, were named to the University of Hartford Dean's List for the Fall 2012 semester.

Elisabeth Boulanger, of Grafton, a WPI junior majoring in biomedical engineering, was named to the university's Dean's List for academic excellence for the fall 2012 semester. A total of 1,337 undergraduate students achieved the criteria required for WPI's fall 2012 Dean's List. The criteria for the WPI Dean's List differ from that of most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean's List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.

Joseph Collins, Katie Annis and Ryan Tamulevicz, all of Grafton, were named to UMass Dartmouth's Fall 2012 Dean's List in recognition of earning a semester grade point average of 3.2 or higher out of a possible 4.0.

Sumer I. Shaikh, of Grafton, has been named to second honors on the Clark University Dean's List. To be eligible for second honors, students must have a grade point average between 3.5 and 3.79, of a maximum of 4.3.
