Grafton Home Sales Slightly Up, But Median Price Down
Grafton's home prices are cheaper than last year, show the latest figures.
The Grafton real estate market continues to rebound, if slightly, showing an increase in sales as compared to last year, according to recent numbers.
Grafton had 102 home sales through July 2013, compared to 99 over the first seven months of 2012, according to the Warren Group.
However, there were 21 home sales in July, 2013, down from 22 in July, 2012.
The July 2013 median sale price of $310,00 was down more than 19 percent from July 2012, when that figure was $383,750.
The 2013 year-to-date median sale of $303,950 was down more than 16 percent from the same period in 2012, when that figure was $362,000.
