Town Warrant Includes Restoration of Town House, New Bathrooms at Senior Center

Town Meeting is coming up in October.

The town administrator released a draft of the warrant for Town Meeting, which will be held Oct. 21, 7:30 p.m. at Grafton High School.

The 21-article warrant includes action on a plant upgrade for $26,038. Also, as reported by the Grafton Villager, an article focuses on a million dollar bond that would be used to restore the Town House. The Town House Oversight Committee and Apple Tree Arts would have to raise $4.357 by June of 2017 before they would receive the funding.

Article 17, said the Villager, looks for residents to vote on re-appropriating funds that was for a senior van and instead use it to renovate the center's bathrooms.

The Grafton Villager offers PDFs of the warrant draft.
