Cumberland Farms Fails Tobacco Check
Compliance checks were done late last month.
According to the Grafton Board of Health:
On Dec. 28, 2012, compliance checks were performed at all 11 licensed tobacco establishments in Grafton by a youth with the Worcester Regional Tobacco Control Coalition.
Out of the 11 attempts to purchase tobacco products one sale was made by Cumberland Farms at 2 Main St., South Grafton.

The Board of Health Members would like to commend all those establishments that did comply with the law and hopes that the next compliance check will be at 100 percent.
