20 Property Owners Headed to Court
Roosters, decks and pools all cited as issues.
Grafton Building Inspector Robert Berger will be taking 20 property owners to court, according to the Grafton Daily Voice.
The violations go back as far as 2008. That year, Town Meeting considered a bylaw that would have allowed fines to be issued, but never passed. The Daily Voice said there is not expected to be another bylaw considered until next fall, so the Selectmen gave the OK to move forward.
According to the article, issues include unpermitted roosters, decks and pools, as well as a possible business being run in a residential property.
