South Grafton Woman Arrested in Marlborough

Police allege that Emily Fagan assaulted another person.

A local woman is facing an assault charge after an incident earlier this week in Marlborough. 

Emily A. Fagan, 26, of South Grafton, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. on March 2, and charged with assault and battery.

According to a Marlborough Police report, she was arrested on Highland Street after a disturbance call came into police. There were also two active arrest warrants for Fagan when she was arrested. 

More information about this arrest was not available. 

Previously, in November 2011, she was arrested and charged with OUI liquor over .08 percent, speeding, and marked lanes violations, according to a report on Patch
