In Court: Drug Distribution, Suspended Licenses

Wednesday, June 27
Nicholaus A. Gayewski, 32, of 3 Leland St., Whitinsville, was charged by on March 9 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Gayewski admitted to sufficient facts and the case was continued without a finding until Dec. 18. Gayewski was ordered to pay $500 in court fees.
Daniel Maranda, 23, of One Bailin Cir., Apt. 3, Grafton, was charged by Grafton police on March 21 with having an uninsured motor vehicle, an unregistered a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The case was continued until July 6.

Soogin Do, 20, 3 Gary Circle, Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court on a complaint filed by Grafton police on April 11, charging Do with possession of a class D drug with intent to distribute, and trespassing. Judge Gardner scheduled a pre-trial hearing for Aug. 1.
Bruce E. Reid, 51, 52 County Club Blvd., Apt. 816, Worcester, was summonsed to Westborough District Court when Grafton police filled out a complaint Jan. 9, charging Reid with operating without a license and no inspection sticker. Judge Virzi found Reid not responsible.
