Grafton Man Arrested After Alleged Stabbing Incident in Milford

The incident occurred on Saturday and police arrested the Grafton man on Wednesday on several charges.

Milford Police detectives on Wednesday arrested a Grafton man after investigating an alleged stabbing in Milford over the weekend.

On Saturday, March 29, detectives respond to the scene of the alleged stabbing, at which the victim had significant injuries and was hospitalized, Milford police said in a statement.

After investigating the incident, Milford polio obtained an arrest warrant and a search warrant for the residents of Theodore Pines, 24, of Grafton. 

Milford and Grafton police officers conducted the search of Pines's apartment around 8:30 on Wednesday, April 2, and subsequently arrested Pines and obtained evidence of the crime from the residence.

Pines was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and three counts of malicious destruction of property. He was transported to the Milford District Court and is awaiting arraignment on the charges, police said.
