Drug Fraud Case Continued

Michael Radzik, 25, of 3 East St., North Grafton, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint Oct. 17 which charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, speeding and failure to notify the Registry of a name/address change. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first charge on payment of $200 court costs, found him responsible on the second and fined him $50 and found him not responsible on the third charge.

Meghan M. Cronin, 24, of 95 Mendon Rd., Northbridge, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint Nov. 21 which charged her with OUI liquor and marked lanes violation. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Jan. 12.

Bobby Davis, 40, of 115 Pleasant St. Apt. 16, Worcester, was summonsed to Westborough District Court after Grafton police filed a complaint Nov. 21 which charged him with obtaining a drug by fraud and uttering a false prescription. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Jan. 4.

Emily A. Fagan, 24, 45 Providence Rd., Apt. 1, Grafton, was arrested by Grafton police shortly after midnight on Nov. 24 and charged with OUI liquor over .08 percent, speeding and marked lanes violations. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to Jan. 11.
