Graftons emergency system

Today I received an automated call from the town that stated it was a "CODE RED"!  Living near Wyman Gordons and the Certus and Tufts up the road my first though was something extremely toxic.  A few seconds into the message I realize the "CODE RED" was regarding my trash being pushed to the next day due to the predicted snowstorm!  Really Grafton...my rubbish being picked up on Thursday instead of Wednesday is a "CODE RED"!!!  What happens during a real emergency??  Please...get back to me on that one!
