Marlborough —
 Jean M. (Fiske) D'Angelo 75, of Marlborough, formerly of Northborough, died peacefully in her sleep at home on August 21, 2013

After devoting many years raising her children, Mrs. D’Angelo started a career in nursing as an LPN. Jean worked many years at Thornton and Sudbury Pines Nursing Homes as well as Marlborough Hospital. 

Holliston —
 Gary A. Lucrkut, 59, of Mendon and formerly Holliston, died  Thursday, August 22, 2013 at his home surrounded by family. Born in East Providence, RI, he was the son of Agnes (Leal) Lucrkut of East Providence, and the late Anthony Lucrkut. He was the husband of Donna (Hilditch) Lucrkut of Mendon, whom he has been with for 21 years. 
Gary was a truck driver and a member of the Teamsters for 33 years. He had most recently worked for New Penn Transportation. 

Marlborough — Nelson J. Dion, Sr., 90, of Marlborough, MA, died Thursday, August 22, 2013 at Marlborough Hills Healthcare following a period of declining health.  
A US Army veteran of WWII, Mr. Dion was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries received during the Guadalcanal Campaign as well as a Bronze Star and a Presidential Unit Citation for service in the Asiatic Pacific Theatre. 
He had been employed at Deerfoot Farms, Southborough,Associated Transportation of Waltham and as a mechanic for E.C. Murray Paving Company, Framingham, for many years before retiring. 

Grafton — Kathleen A. (Popham) Andrade, 58, died unexpectedly Friday August 16th at home. She leaves her husband Albert T. Andrade, her mother Jane (O'Packi) Popham and her brother Larry Popham. 

Shrewsbury — Denis R.J. Roy, 65, of Shrewsbury died suddenly on Saturday, August 24, 2013
Denis was born in Worcester and raised in Millbury, MA, son of the late Jeannine (Forget) Roy and Rene I. Roy. He graduated from Holy Name High School in Worcester and received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Lowell Tech, now known as UMASS-Lowell.

Westborough — Gerald J. Merchant, 82, of Westborough, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center
Born in Westborough, he was the son of the late Charles and Theresa (LeBeau) Merchant. He was educated in Westborough schools and was a 1949 graduate of Westborough High School. 
Merchant was employed as a press operator for Bay State Abrasives for 47 years retiring in 1993.

Grafton — Wayne G. Page 70 of College Highway in Southampton, formerly of Grafton, MA died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Friday, August 23, 2013 after a recent illness.
Page, was raised in Grafton, was a Grafton High School graduate and lived there until moving to Southampton 16 years ago. Wayne was a Master Brick Mason in the Grafton area for many years. When he moved to Southampton he became the local hay broker operating Mountain View Farm.

Westborough — Everlenna R. (Sims) Roche, 93, of Westborough, died peacefully on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at the Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation in Westborough.
She had resided in South Barre, Bellingham and Hudson before moving to Westborough in 1942 where she resided at the Lyman School for Boys and was employed as a Senior Clerk-Stenographer for the Department of Youth Services of Massachusetts. At the time of her retirement in 1982 Evie was a Secretary-Stenographer at Pexco in Northborough. 

Grafton — Ernest "Peto" Pottie, 89, a lifelong resident of South Grafton, died August 22, 2013 after recent illness
"Peto's" working career began at The Whitin Machine Company for 20 years in Whitinsville and then for The Commonwealth of MA DMH at Grafton and Westborough State Hospitals. He also worked part time for Collette Motors in South Grafton. 

Westborough — Joseph O. Paul, 77, of Westborough, passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at the UMass/Memorial Healthcare-University Hospital in Worcester.
Joe was employed as a Quality Control Manager in the computer industry and was the former co-owner of MPH. 

Grafton — Charles N. "Charlie" Bolack — founder of the Grafton News and Grafton Suburban Credit Union among others, entrepreneur, veteran, flag-waver and friend to anyone he ever met — died peacefully at home at 6:14 p.m. Wednesday, August 21, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was 87 years old.
