North Grafton PTG Announces Sponsors for Walk-a-Thon

The North Grafton Elementary School Parent Teacher Group (PTG) is pleased to announce several sponsors for our Annual Education for Fitness Walk-a-Thon. The Walk-a-Thon is the 2nd largest fundraiser for the PTG and will take place on Wednesday, October 9 for North Grafton Elementary School (Grades PreK  – 1) and Wednesday, October 16 for North Street Elementary School (Grades 2-6). The PTG supports both schools with a combined total of 800 students.

The PTG would also like to thank Shrewsbury Health and Racquet Club (SHARC) for providing a 3 month membership and Westborough’s SKY ZONE for providing passes, t-shirts & water bottles as prizes for the upcoming walk.

The NGES PTG is still accepting corporate sponsors to help support walkers and will have several levels of participation levels that start at just $100. We appreciate the support of the community and local businesses to help us run a successful event. By sponsoring the walk, you will help us educate students about the importance of healthy eating and physical activity. With faculty, staff, and parent volunteers, it is estimated that there will be nearly 1,000 participants for this year’s event.
