Paint Couture!TM is a self priming, decor, furniture and cabinet paint available in 32 colors. Paint Couture!TM has great adhesion capability to existing painted or varnished surfaces. With Paint Couture!TM there is usually no sanding and no priming, but there are exceptions. It lays on very flat with little to no brush marks. The dry finish look is a matte finish. A Glaze, Finish Topcoat, or Wax is recommended after the paint has cured. It comes in quart or 8 ounce sample sizes and it can also be bought by the gallon.
In this class we will concentrate on the embellishing process such as the Couture Accessories Embossing Medium to create a textural finish as well as to learn to apply a glaze as a toning and aging effect. We will also add some bling with the metallic finishes to set you apart with a professional look for all of your furniture and cabinetry projects!
