PAWSing to R.E.A.D.

PAWSing to R.E.A.D. allows children to work on their reading skills with a trained therapy dog and its handler over a six week period. Reading to the animal provides an attentive, non-judgemental listener. Open to children in grades 1, 2 and 3. Preference is given to those children who find learning to read a challenge. Registration is required for this program. For more information about this program or to register a reader, please call the Grafton Public Library Children's Room at 508-839-4649.
