Worcester County Sheriff Endorses Muradian in Rep Race

Worcester County Sheriff Lew Evangelidis says he will be "an invaluable asset" to the district.

Today, Worcester County Sheriff Lew Evangelidis endorsed David Muradian for State Representative of the Ninth Worcester District. Citing Mr. Muradian’s seven years of legislative experience working with Representative George Peterson, and vast knowledge of the district, Sheriff Evangelidis said David is best equipped to represent the residents and businesses of Grafton, Northbridge and Upton.

“From working with David during my time as a legislator on Beacon Hill, and now as Worcester County Sheriff, I know firsthand that he would be an invaluable asset to, and resource for, the residents of the Ninth Worcester District, especially with his seven years of experience working as Representative George Peterson’s Director of Local Affairs,” said Sheriff Evangelidis. “Born and raised in Central Massachusetts, David understands the issues facing the constituents of the district and will be able to be a staunch advocate on their behalf in the House of Representatives. I am honored to endorse David, and I look forward to joining him on the campaign trail as he delivers his message to the voters.”

David Muradian continues to garner the endorsements of key figures within Central Massachusetts. Recently Representative George Peterson (R-Grafton) endorsed David’s candidacy for State Representative.
