Executive Chef Noah Gagnon of Grafton Soars into SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports

NATICK, MA – (January 16, 2014) SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports, Greater Boston’s premier destination for the ultimate combined culinary and sports viewing experience, is pleased to announce the appointment of Noah Gagnon to the position of Executive Chef.

Born and raised in Saratoga Springs, New York, Gagnon developed a passion for cooking while assisting his grandmother with preparing family meals in her kitchen.  At just 12-years-old, Gagnon took his first “paying” job, which was to make freshly-baked cookies at The Canterbury in Saratoga Springs, a highly-regarded family-owned establishment that served as the catalyst for his culinary career.

Throughout his youth, Gagnon continued to garner experience in local restaurants and at popular country clubs in the Saratoga region. Upon completing a highly-competitive program at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, he went on to serve in numerous roles at a variety of hotel and private dining concepts throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

At SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports, Gagnon will assume the duties of menu creation and execution, and he will be responsible for developing new dishes that best represent the restaurant’s gastro-sports concept.

“Landing the Executive Chef role at SKYBOKX 109 GastroSports is a dream come true. I’m looking forward to working with the incredibly talented restaurant team, and to taking the gastro-sports experience to the next level,” said Gagnon.
