Credit Union’s new AVP, Business Lending and Development Officer to bring market growth to institution
GRAFTON _ Lloyd Hamm, Jr., President and CEO of Grafton Suburban Credit Union (GSCU) has recently announced the appointment of Allan Villatoro as its AVP, Business Lending and Development Officer. This is a newly created position that will further strengthen GSCU’s focus and commitment to community growth.
Villatoro, who began his position Feb. 24, will be responsible for business lending to area businesses, and will share his community growth expertise.
“Allan brings a myriad of skills to our institution. His expertise in small business loans, coupled with his drive and commitment to expanding growth within the community, make him a valuable asset to our team. Allan is also fluent in Spanish,” Hamm said.

Villatoro has 15 years of banking experience, most recently at UniBank in Milford.
“I began at UniBank as a Branch Manager. After that, I served as the Business Development Officer,” Villatoro said. “I love to help make a business’s action plan come to fruition.”

Villatoro is a strong supporter in the communities in which he works. He continues to play a vital role in the Milford area, as a member of the board for the Milford Area Chamber of Commerce; secretary for the Milford Rotary Club; a past president for the BNI Chapter in Milford; and a member of the Milford Regional Medical Center Golf Committee.
“I look forward to becoming involved in the Grafton community,” Villatoro said.
“Continually investing within the communities we live and work is a pledge that everyone at GSCU has made,” Hamm said, adding. “We believe this new position will benefit many local businesses in our service area.”
Villatoro and his wife reside in Grafton.
Grafton Suburban is a $125 million credit union serving 11,000 members in Worcester and Middlesex Counties.
