The Great Pizza Challenge at the Grafton Public Library

On June 28th, the fabulous smell of pizza filled the main reading room of the Grafton Public Library while 10 very eager, but critical, teen judges waited to taste and determine who the winner would be of “The Great Pizza Challenge”!  The teens had the very difficult job of test tasting a variety of cheese pizzas that were from 5 different pizza places in the area. The pizzas were assigned a letter (A, B, C, D, or E) so that none of the judges knew where the pizza had been made. After sampling a slice, the judges then rated the pizza based a variety of criteria such as crust, sauce, cheese, and overall rating. It was a hard job, but they rose to the challenge and they determined a winner (and got extra slices of their favorite picks)!  Allison Cusher, the Young Adult Librarian, then declared all the pizza places were winners as they all donated their pizzas for this fun program.  Many, many thanks to:
