Grafton Minute By Minute Features Interview With Jay Cummings

GRAFTON:  The March edition of "Grafton Minute By Minute" features an interview with Grafton Superintendent of Schools Dr. Jay Cummings.

The Dr. Cummings interview comes as he completes his third year as Superintendent of Schools in Grafton where, by his own admission, "No two days are the same." Cummings discusses 
his family's background in education, how he got the nickname "Super Jay," how he works with community leaders to prepare school budgets and an "in depth" discussion about how he makes decisions on what to do about "snow days."

Grafton Minute By Minute is a monthly half hour program showcasing events held throughout the community. The show is hosted by GCTV Lead Access Assistant Bob DeToma and features video footage by Access Assistants Rick Schultze and Bill Robidoux.

The March episode also includes segments on the GCTV Video Production Course starting on March 24th, the Grafton Breast Cancer Awareness Program using pink colored recycling bins,
and an interview with Pam Jones of the Grafton Historical Society about their organization's March 15th Sock Hop.

Grafton Minute by Minute airs on Grafton Community Television's public access channel - Charter Communications Channel 11 and Verizon Cable Channel 33 on the following days and times during March.
 
Monday at  1:30pm and 8:30pm
 
Tuesday at 12:30pm
 
Wednesday at 1:30pm & 9:30pm
 
Thursday at 1:30pm
 
Friday at 9:00pm

Saturday at 9:00pm
 
Sunday at 12:30pm and 9:00pm

Grafton Community Television provides programming on three distinct public access channels in the Town of Grafton over the Charter Communications and the Verizon cable systems. Monthly schedules for Grafton Community Television Channels can be found at www.GraftonTV.org. Charter Channel 11/Verizon Channel 34 provides general interest programming, Charter Channel 12/Verizon Channel 33 broadcasts town government programming, and Charter Channel 13 /Verizon Channel 32 features school programming and high school sports events. The Grafton Community Television studios and offices are located at 296 Providence Road in South Grafton.
