BEST Soccer and BEST FC are offering training programs throughout the winter.
Players will receive instruction from BEST FC's professionally licensed and experienced coaches. To view detailed program information and the winter schedule, click here.
Training programs are offered for players ages 3 through 12. Space is limited.
The schedule is:
- BEST Skills School: Players will improve their technical skills, enabling them to have greater control over their bodies and the soccer ball during a competitive game.
- BEST SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) Training: Young athletes will improve their speed, agility and quickness.
- BEST Youth Academy: Players will continue to learn the fundamentals of the game: dribbling, passing, turning, receiving, and shooting. Training incorporates weekly small sided games to optimize touches on the ball.

More About Teamworks Northborough
Teamworks Northborough offers sport leagues for kids and adults to join. Kids' programs are available for all ages and focus on improving motor skills, increasing confidence, developing social skills, and having fun. Programs offered include volleyball, soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, basketball, whiffle ball, dodge ball and flag football. In addition, it hosts birthday parties and corporate events aimed at team building.
