Rossini Supporters Banding Together for Court
Supporters are looking to band together during Rossini's upcoming court hearing on Thursday.
MassDojo owner Eric Rossini is due back in court on Thursday for a hearing on sex charges stemming from an incident with a minor in Arlington, TX.
Rossini, 41, of Eric Rossini, 41, of 74 Crosby Rd., Grafton, was arrested in May by Grafton police and charged with being a fugitive from justice. A warrant was issued in May for outstanding charges of two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, according to the Arlington Police Department.
Paul Jarvey, spokesperson for the Worcester County District Attorney's Office said that Rossini has not waived extradition as of yet, so Texas would have to go through the process of extraditing him to face charges.
The alleged victim is a 12-year-old girl and a family member, according to the Texas police.
Rossini is the owner of MassDojo in Shrewsbury and he was arraigned in Westborough District Court in May. At the time, he was ordered to stay away from children under 18, according to Ch. 5.
The incident allegedly occurred in July 2011 where a karate tournament took place in Texas. The alleged victim apparently did not come forward until January.
Shrewsbury Patch readers have asked for supporters of Rossini to head to court on Thursday "to show Rossini a sign of support before he gets violated and sent off with the Texas Rangers and brought to justice."

Support a man charged as a child molester? Is that really a group people want to be associated with? Maybe we should show support for the victim.

Rossini is bitter he can't leave the house to go to Texas. What are the odds the Judge buys his BS about a catch22. He wants to manipulate the system to gain some freedom when he clearly belongs in a correctional setting. How many second chances does a convict deserve? I say none and he got his breaks years ago when he battered his wife. How many more times, how many excuses why his victim is at fault. When does a grown man learn his lesson and man up? He faces his punishment and gets the help he needs. This guy is claiming innocence and his supporters perceive him as a victim. Poor Eric the coward. More Cool aid please!

@Emma, where did you get your facts? Eric did in fact beat not only his wife, but his son as well. Of course you wouldn't know that if you ever spoke to him, because who in their right mind would go up to someone and be like "hey, i beat my family!" NO ONE.
Secondly, the ex wife is not behind this. She is not bitter over her ex, she is upset that he would have the audacity to beat her and their son. Of course their son would file a charge once he turned that age. Do you understand how difficult it his for someone in that situation? For all parties? for the ex wife, the victim, the kids, ect?? Can you imagine being in their shoes? Of course they wouldn't instantly be like "oh he did this". They had to get over all the crap he put the entire family through and now they are ok to speak about it, which is obvious with the charges being held against Eric.
Eric is a bad person, he is a mean human being who has put people in harms way. He is guilty.

Thank you for the "Real Story"...sounds like the real deal to me. It's about time...I hope he gets the guts to come out and tell it like it is too. About time this blog of a Patch hears the story and achieved some real results.

@emma, what's up, like, with all the commas. So the son is 18 and would choose not to see Dad too, hmmmmm, sounds like some resentment. Maybe if Dad spent less time courting in his robe and more time in Church he would have a clue, but NO, it's probably the ex wife and children's fault this guy can't stay out of trouble. Spend another $40k and head to Texas, see if the jury there will tolerate your perversions. Just a guess, but Texas is a hanging court for perves

I personally know his son. All I can say is that I have encouraged him to get a restraining order aginst his father. He may seem like a great guy, many do. But seeing the harm done to his son, I can attest to the fact that this man is abusive. And that his son is only looking out for his sister, as he was the one who finally convinced her to come foward.

Great qualities for a Texas prison, his ego built on a fake karate career is going to make him a lot of lovers.
Everytime I see the guy fight he cries to the refs that he was hit too hard, WTF. Gets his but kicked all over the place then cries untiol people give him a point. I'd rather lose with dignity then cry my way to a championship. Seen this boy taken apart by no name fighters on a number of occassions, makes me laugh, it's typical bully behavior, he can't win a real fight, can only beat on women and little girls. It's a sad thing and he gives a bad image of tradional martial artists everywhere.
Anyhow the important thing here is the victim has been alone with him alot, if she where lying about what happened she would have filed in Massachusetts and not said something happened in texas. It puts a burden on her personal life to have to go deal with this inTexas, if she was going to lie, she would have filed in MA.
nough said...
Hope Eric likes it dry and rough cause those Texans are going to amke him their wife.

Captain Crunch? Or Captain Phelps? Either way, you should slow your roll and kiss your boyfriend. Lucky this time.
