Services are in place to help students deal with their grief.

UPDATED: Support services are in place at Grafton High School today to help students grieving the loss of their former classmate, Seshu Kandukuri, principal James Pignataro said.

The Grafton Class of 2011 graduate died today after a long battle with cancer.

"He fought hard, and there was a lot of support for him,'' at the school, Pignataro said. "Our thoughts are with his family.''

His classmates held a series of fund-raisers to support him and his family through his battle.

"Grafton is now missing one of their strongest and most brave teenagers,'' his classmate Annie Sheridan wrote in an email. "The class of 2011 will never be the same.''
