Alex is a loveable, terrier/American pit bull mix who has been with the Worcester Animal Rescue League since December 2010. She is hoping to share her life and find a home with adults only. She is a sweet, loveable girl who is tired of watching the younger dogs get picked first.
If you would like to learn more about our friendly Alex, who is already spayed, visit the shelter and speak with Dog Adoption Coordinator Liz Fay. If you already have a dog, please bring him/her along with you to meet Alex. Please make sure to have your dog’s vet records with you.
If you are a homeowner, bring your mortgage statement or water bill; renters must bring a copy of their lease agreement. Everyone who adopts must bring in a driver’s license.

While at the shelter, we still have tickets to the Bark at the Park. Hosted in part by the WARL, this event is geared toward animal and baseball lovers alike. On Tuesday, June 28, take the kids and the dogs to a Worcester Tornadoes game as the team takes on the Rockland Boulders.
Played at Hanover Insurance Park at Fitton Field, the game is scheduled to begin at 7:05 and tickets are just $7. Get your tickets at shelter or by calling 508-853-0030. If the event is not sold out, tickets will also be available at the box office on game day.
