Senior Legal Clinic Program on Grafton Community Television

  GRAFTON: Grafton Community Television cameras were at the Grafton Senior Center for an October Senior Legal Clinic presentation entitled: "Medications: Knowing What You Take And Why." The Senior Legal Clinic is an ongoing outreach series at the Senior Center hosted by Attorney Arthur P. Bergeron, Elder Law Attorney from Mirick O'Connell in Worcester.

Joining Attorney Bergeron for this forty minute program is Paula Evans, a faculty member of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services in Worcester. The college's participation is part of their outreach program through the Massachusetts Department of Elder Affairs. The discussion is a basic primer on many of the concerns and questions that senior citizens experience with their prescription medications, how medications may change when hospitalizations and rehabilitation stays occur, and issues related to the cost and payment of medications. 

Produced by GCTV Access Assistant Steve Libuda, Grafton Community Television will air  "Medications: Knowing What You Take And Why,"  on the Grafton Government Channel - Charter Channel 12 and Verizon Channel 33 on Mondays at 11:00 AM,  Tuesdays at 10:00 AM, Wednesdays at 9:00 AM, Fridays at 12:30 PM, and Saturdays at 9:00 AM. Grafton Community Television provides programming on three distinct public access channels in the Town of Grafton over the Charter Communications and the Verizon cable systems. Charter Channel 11/Verizon Channel 34 provides general interest programming, Charter Channel 12/Verizon Channel 33 broadcasts town government programming, and Charter Channel 13 /Verizon Channel 32 features school programming and high school sports events.
