North Grafton Schools get ready for upcoming walkathon!
The North Street & the North Grafton Elementary Schools are holding their 3rd annual walkathon on September 11, thru September 13, 2012. The”Education for Fitness Walkathon” promotes school spirit and serves as a vehicle to actively teach the children about healthy living.
The 2 schools combined have approximately 800 students. Having it during the school day gives every student the opportunity to participate. Students are able to participate in a healthy activity and needed funds are raised for the schools.
